Windows 7 not loading

The erro message i get is windows failed to start filed \windows\system32\winload.exe status 0xc000000f aplication missing or corrupt

Insert your window installation disc. Boot from optical drive and run a repair.

I suggest you check your ram with memtest86+.
Test one stick at a time.
You'll never load an o/s if your ram is faulty.
