Windows 7 oem install instructions

Hello,
I recently built a computer, and tried to install Windows 7 OEM on it, but it gets stuck at the screen where it says starting windows and the logo appears. The logo gets smallerand larger, ive been told it might be something with the RAM, but tested it out and thats not the problem, please help.

Try restarting the installation process, sometimes things get bugged. Start up your computer with the OS disk in the drive and boot from it, then choose the option to install the OS. When you go to do that, just wipe the drive clean and reformat it.

Hi, I know you posted this a long time agi but I think the same thing is happening to me. What did you do to rectify it?
