If we use Window 7 on imac 3 , will it effect the efficiency of i mac.

Whether or not it does, it totally takes away the whole point of owning a Mac. Try running it as a Virtual Machine before installing it fully - it will take up less resources. How much RAM do you have in there?

Plus you paid a huge price premium on the hardware just to run Windows...
