Install? Almost certainly -- although you'll need to add the NVMe driver if you want to run an NVMe drive as it's not baked into W7 like it is in 8 and 10.
But with lack of chipset/driver support for the OS, I can't imagine it'll be a particularly pleasant experience.
What is it you like about W7, specifically? If it's the look & feel, there are plenty of themes for W10 that replicate the experience pretty well.
