Windows 7 only booting is safe mode

After the windows logo appears my screen goes black (cursor can be seen) and i cant use my pc in normal mode, does anyone know how to fix this

You can try open 'run' in Windows and type the following: msconfig.
In here you'll have to find the boot tab, and you'll be able to find "safe mode" with a check on it. Just remove it.
This should fix it.
