Windows 7 or Windows 10 for Core 2 Quad CPU
i have a Core 2 Quad Q9500 (2010)
with ASUS GTX 750 Ti OC edition
and 8GB (4*2GB) DDR3 1066MHz CL 7-7-7-20
but i get CPU bottleneck GPU usage is 80-90%
i have seen some videos on YouTube that Windows 7 has lower cpu usage than Windows 10, is that true ??
games i play:
GTA V GPU usage 90-99%
PUBG LITE GPU usage 99-100% (no bottleneck at this game)
NFS Payback GPU usage 80-90% sometimes it goes to 99% but sometimes it drops to 70%
