[SOLVED] Windows 7 password

I set up my mother's computer from the control panel a few months ago to not ask for a password. Today it said her password is expired and she needs a new one. I was able to solve that but how do I permanently disable the need for a password on her machine? The control panel thing apparently doesn't work and she has a lot of trouble remembering even something simple like 1 or 2.
