I was wondering if it still possible to buy Windows 7 Pro 64 online?
Are there any OEM keys that could be used safely?

If you get a sealed package of Windows license that does not have a brand attached to it like Dell, it should be OK to use. There is still a decent chance you would need to contact MS to get the key working or it may not work at all.
