What antivirus? Is your copy of Windows genuine?

Activate windows on line. Type activate in the search box. The COA sticker with the product key is on the bottom. If you do not have a key or you know you pirated it then buy a legal copy of windows and install it. No one is going to help you with stolen softwaresoftware
