Windows 7 problem

I have a new built pc for my gf and it does not have windows on it, i was wondering how could i get windows off my old pc without a disk and use it on my new one? I do have a thumb drive 😱o

if it a dell or hp you cant it locked to your mb. if you have a retail copy of windows you can use the windows media creation tool and download windows iso and use the windows key from the retail copy of windows.
