Windows 7 product key for hp laptop

Kindly help me with the product key for my lap top which I found on the label below but which the is being rejected as invalid. I tried several times but I cant go through. I am desperate please help. my e mail is steven@telkomsa.net.

contact hp support or microsoft, tell them about the invalid serial number issue.
and don't share email address.

Are you using the correct installation discs and correct product edition, that corresponds to the version of Windows 7 on the label?

I guess they are using the wrong disk for the key!

and should be using home premium
