Windows 7 reinstall, drivers missing, no computer information, please help.

Hi, i recently and stupidly re-installed Windows 7 without having any drivers disks or knowledge of which drivers i would need to get my computer up and running again... currently it will not connect to the internet and shows problems with my ethernet driver, PCI simple communications controller, sm bus controller, and universal serial bus controller, and thats just that i know of... this computer was put together by a friend that i no longer have contact with and all i know is that it is running on an intel i3 processor... i do have access to a computer with internet close by but dont know which drivers my computer requires... is there any programs i can get to identify which drivers my computer requires? or any universal drivers to get me back on the internet so i can at least try to run a windows update? i have no idea where to go from here... first time user here, any help is appreciated, thanks!

we need to ID the motherboard.

to do so download and install the free version of the software called Speccy.

under Motherboard it will list the make and model of the motherboard.
