I have core 2 duo E7300 , Biostar, DDR3 4GB , GT220 PC. I used 32" LED TV & HDMI out put to watch my blurays via this PC. It worked fine until now. Today when i watching a movie my screen displayed Blue screen and restart. but it keep restarting after reaching windows logo. so i re install the windows but it kept restart. Then i realize that restarting happen only if i install nvidia drivers. so i Google it and found that low power cause the problem. i replace my 450 W PSU with 550 W brand new PSU. then Windows start without hazel. But after restart it happen again. now i remove the card and using onboard VGA. now i getting "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered " error. i tried windows FIX but it won't work . please help. i just want to know that problem is caused by my motherboard or Graphic card.

In my country prices are bit of high. 630 will be around $100. but my budget is around $ 60 - 100 . if you can suggest some good ones i can find out that it can be affordable.

Ok, this is a good card with DX 11 supported, and within your budget.

I have recently found out that my M/B also faulty. Everything started after i updated to latest version of nvidia drivers from Nvidia site directly. Fist my GPU crashed now my M/B. even my supplier try to repair this cuz it was under warranty.. but after repairing it only last for couple of days. so they gave me new Intel G41WV M/B as a replacement. so far no issue other than sound crash when play music or video while using internet. ( i think it happens when my RAM usage is full. but i don't know why this happens cuz i got 4GB DDR3 RAM.)
