Question Windows 7: Screen freezing every minute or so for about 5 seconds, but I can move my mouse and audio still works.

So I first noticed this problem a few weeks ago while playing Tarkov. I thought it was just the game, but the freezes continued after the game had been quit out of. Th eonly way to know tthat there is a freeze is if there is some continual visual output, such asd a video. The audio to the video will function normally and I can move my cursor around, but every thing on the screen is frozen.

I have cleaned my fans, resat my gpu and ram, run disc checks, updated graphics drivers, cleared up space on both hard drives, monitored cpu and gpu temps, and restarted countless times.

A week ago I updated my Geforce drivers in an attempot to stop the freezes, and it was successful for about a week, but now they are back.

Any idea on what is happening and how to fix it? I am at a loss.

I saw this in the eventlog after the most recent freeze. I don't really know what I'm looking at.
I also saw some warnings about DNS servers not responding.

I checked my bios and it told me that my second cpu fan was not working. I'll check it out, but I've been monitoring my temps via CAM and my CPU hasn't gone too high.
