Hi guy's .. sadly I Have Installed my new Windows 7 Pro OEM 64biT on the HDD 2TB =(

And I have an SSD Added Later on..
Now I have the SSD In the PC ..
But I Don't notice any difference at all or speed+ =( ?!
Should I format and how to make sure that installing Windows 7 will go to the SSDrive not the HDD ?

Thanks for reading , I Appreciate your Help

Yes, you need to have operating system installed on the SSD not the HDD.

Normally you get operating on your SDD and you use the HDD for data (music/movies/documents/etc) or installing games or large programs.

So I need to Buy a New windows 7 CD now ? and format ?
I can't use the same CD ?

No, you do not need to buy a new copy of Windows. Just re-use your existing copy. Perfectly legal.

Ok Yogi, Thanks for the Help and I will try doing that , I'll ask a friend about formating

I will follow it, but Will I have to setup my motherboard all over again ?
Asus Maximus VI extreme Motherboard :/ ??
Or the format + installing the windows on SSD dont effect motherboard's ?
