[SOLVED] Windows 7 setup but looks like 10

I recently downloaded windows 7 ultimate 2021 September ver from getintopc site. when i running setup it shows as windows 10 setup and when progressing through setup warning message shows Your Gtx 550ti is not compatible with windows 10.. what should i do

That is not a valid "Windows 7".
That is not a valid site to obtain Win 7. Indeed, a site for pirated versions.

Tom's Hardware does not assist nor condone pirated software.
