Windows 7 shutdown problems

my desktop a few months ago started shutting down with out notice. and I try to restart and window can't load and I have to repair every single time. What's going on?

With just those info, I would said something is failing.

I have some problems with that also a while back. I found out that it was the Bonjour service, which I believe is part of Itunes. I uninstalled Bonjour and it resolved the problem. In reality your problem might be entirely different.

Run a hard drive test in DOS...HIRENS CD etc, it sounds like a failing hard drive...
