Windows 7 slow startup

Hello everyone, I have a problem that no matter how much I tried I cant seem to find the solution.
My Windows 7 OS have have slow startup for a reason I cant really find, before the problem the boot time was around 25-35 seconds while now it has jumped to 2 minutes.

While I have noticed that sooner, I didnt have the time to look into it because I had a lot of work. Now I tried the regular stuff like stopping the startup apps and run diagnostic startup but to no avail, the problem still persists. I don't wanna make a format cause thats basically giving up

If someone can give me any ideas or can help me I would be very grateful.

How old is the harddrive?
4-5 years or older, you need a new harddrive.

Back up everything and purchase an SSD or a New HDD

Its less than 2 years old and I have the OS installed on my SSD. The change of startup from 30 sec to 2 minute+ didnt happen gradually but at some point in time and it gone up instantly I think.
