Windows 7 sound device issue.

Hey guys, I recently bought an extenal DAC (sound card type thing) and when I plug it in VIA USB it won't recognize it as a sound device. It does work on my other 2 PC laptops and my macbook pro though.. so it's an issue with something on my PC. I am running windows 7 64x. I have a link to a picture I took to demonstrate exactly what's going on.

Does anyone have any idea what could be the issue?

Looks like a driver issue to me.
The manufacturer should have drivers for it.
It might not have Win7 support.
Vista drivers (64bit) will work most of the time.

The DAC doesn't have drivers I don't think, so it's not the drivers for the DAC that's an issue. There's definitely none available on the site and you do not get a disc with it. I plugged it into my other comp (a laptop) and it recognized it as an audio device right away. Really frustrating.
