Windows 7 SpeedFan BlueScreen Help!

Whenever I run speedfan on my windows 7 pc, I get the 0x000f4 blue screen. I tried the same speedfan version with other pc but it worked fine. Pls help.

Well, I don't know if this will address your situation, but I've had repeated blue screens caused by the CPU overheating. Since this was on my laptop, HP dv7, which has a VERY poor design for cooling, I got one of those CoolMaster laptop fans and the problem went away!

Maybe speedfan is causing your CPU to run hot? If you've got a desktop, clean the CPU heat sink and make sure it's well ventilated. You might consider a larger CPU cooling apperatus of some sort.

These are just my thoughts; hopefully they will help...

I just got this pc and no most of the time the cpu temp is less than 50 or 60 degrees. I also found out something. Some of the disk checking softwares dont even detect my hard disk only the software HDD Scan does. I dont know if it is related though.
