Windows 7 Start Recovery problems

I have just upgraded a Acer Aspire M3802 and am trying to boot Windows 7. It won't boot properly, goes through System Recovery and says it cannot fix it. I assume it needs the repair disk but we cannot find it.

Any ideas???
