Windows 7 Startup Repair Stuck In Infinite Loop

My windows 7 Professional 64 bit system is stuck in a loop. What I did was change the startup programs, and then go into the bios and turn on the OC genie (MSI GD-65 Motherboard), and now the computer won't start up, but goes straight to the startup repair. I am not sure what to do, so any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

your problem seems to be a bad overclocking can you turn that thing off and try again, never use programs for overclocking fro what i have read its better to oc from bios sadly i don't do that since i had my Q6600 so i cant help ya on that
