Question Windows 7 Stuck at Loading Screen

So, I had this problem from past one week.
Whenever I turn on my pc, It works upto the Windows 7's starting logo/animation. Then it freezes and restart.
I tried almost everything a layman can do.
I mean, tried Safe Mode, System Repair.
Even I did check my HDD with another PC and it works fine. One more thing, I did check another HDD with my PC and the same thing happen,

My PC Specs:
CPU: Intel® Pentium E5400
RAM: 1gb+512mb DDR2

A frustrating thing is that Windows 7 stuck at loading screen, it hangs on the logo. When this happens, we immediately or force shut down the Computer or PC. This is not a good thing.
To overcome this problem, always Boot Windows in Safe Mode.
First off, restart your System i.e. Computer or PC.
Press function key (F8) as soon as your Computer restart. But one thing you should know that is press key before Windows Vista or Windows 7 logo appears.
At the Advanced Boot Option menu, select "Safe Mode".
