Question Windows 7 stuck at windows logo screen.

Ive Just changed my procesor MB and RAM, so obviously I had to format the disk and install Wjndows again. When I'm running the installation, Windows freezes at the logo screen. There are some topics and videos about this case and they advise to go to safe mode and repair things out there, but here's the kicker, when I enter the safe mode my keyboard and mouse get switched off. I've tried other USB ports but none works so I'm literally helpless.

Don't format disk prior to running the Windows installation. Try booting the installation media again and at the beginning delete all existing partitions. Windows will create the partitions it needs and format them automatically.

Well I have already formatted it thinking it'd help.. Should I reconnect everything back to old hardware and try removing the partitions.?

Just deleted the partitions, same issue.

List hardware specs of your system.
It's rather tricky to get windows 7 installed on a modern hardware.
Try windows 10 instead.

Why you want windows 7? It's very hard to get it working on this platform, or, even impossible because you have no drivers for windows 7...
Go for windows 10... I know it's not the best OS but you can try linux...

Updating bios resolved the issue.
