Hi,

Here is my pc's specifications:
CPU:Intel core i5 2500K
Cooler: Cooler Master v8
Motherboard: Asus P8P67 LE
GPU: MSI Nvidia 560 TI Hawk
PSU: OCZ 650 Modxtream pro
Memory: 8GB Geil 1333mhz
Case: Cooler Master cm690 II Nvidia edition

Now I’m running windows 7 ultimate, everything updated and Vipre Antivirus. When I turn on my pc everything works normally. But when I’m doing multitasks, like downloading via grabit, playing wow, watching 720p video my taskbar of windows 7 keeps stuk. Everything is working very slow. When want to use ctrl alt delete it takes like ages before taskmanager to appear. Meanwhile I still can play wow and watch movies. Windows is just slow for some reason. When I hover over the taskbar it’s completely stuck

Anyone common with this problem? Don’t want to reinstall windows 7 again. Thanks in advance.

Follow these steps to fix this problem::

Remove unused programs
Install and run antispyware software
Free up wasted space with Disk Cleanup tool
Defragment your hard disk drive
Disconnect unused network connections:

Click Start, and then click My Computer.

On the Tools menu, click Disconnect Network Drive.

Select the network drives that you no longer need, and then click OK.

ALSO

Click Start - Run, type in %temp% and then click OK.

Once that temp folder is open and you can view its contents, select and delete EVERYTHING that's inside it.

It's all junk and is a good place for "nasties" to hide.

If a few files resist being deleted, that's normal. Leave them alone and delete EVERYTHING else.

Repeat the steps with c:\windows\temp

After you're done with both temp folders, restart the computer.

Also

Services.msc:

Click Start, type services.msc in the Search box. Press ENTER. Right click and stop each service which is not necessary for you.

Stop Unwanted startup programs:

Start > Run > write msconfig > Click on StartUp tab
Deselect the programs you want to stop

Things to try:

1) run MEMTEST www.memtest.org

2) download, update and run the free version of Malwarebytes

3) download, update and run Spybot Search and Destroy

*I had the same problem and it turned out I had many RAM errors which showed up in Memtest. This however was solved by a BIOS update.
