now using my win7 laptop in location near from the dlink and far from the tplink

Solution
The issue is that the repeater and the router have the same SSID.

The repeater would be better setup as an access point. This will also give you better speeds.

You can either run a cable directly, or use a Powerline kit to get wired internet to it. Then, setup the repeater as an AP. It should have a different SSID, and can be on a separate nonoverlapping channel.
