Windows 7 Taskbar

Hey I have a problem somehow the taskbar keeps going below the screen. At the top it will be fine just the bottom is the problem. Below is a screen shot of what it looks like

When I drag it I get a big gap it wont go back to how it is default. Below is how it looks like the next step I drag up
