Every time i download windows 10 from windows update I get this 8024201c error code and I'm not sure what to do please help

I just attempted that and it said "We're not sure what happened, but we're unable to run this tool on your PC. If you continue experiencing problems, reference the error code when contacting customer support. Error code: 0x80090000F - 0x90002"

I've seen that same error.
It needs to be done from an actual Admin account, not Run as Administrator.

There is only 1 account on my computer and it is an administrator
