If i upgrade my W7 64 Bit to w10 will i still keep all my files or wil it be gone?

If you upgrade through the Windows Update, it will keep all your current stuff.

However, as with any major change, hardware or software, you should have a good backup, just in case.

But i can't make a backup.... I dont have an external HDD ....

No backup? No one ever thinks about a backup, until 5 minutes after they really need it.

i cannot.... the Disks i have are too small for W7 :/

Yes, i thought about a backup but i don't have enough space...

A backup will span disks, with blue ray's that means 25-50G per disc till you run out of money.
