Hello,I downloaded windows 8 from the internet and decided to install it.Everything was fine-until it started copying the files. It froze at 57%,So i decided to stop it(because it was staying on 57% for about 15 minutes).Everything was fine. The computer rebooted and instead of showing the Windows 7 boot logo,I was seeing the word:windowsiscopyingfiles. Then it freezed again and I restarted it.Then it was "booting".But I get a BSOD with the boot volume error :??: .The recovery is not working, and I don`t have a install CD.Any solutions? Thanks

At lot of the torrent windows 8 are just virus. If you have a valid windows 8 Oem number places like digital river have legal full version you can download to another pc and use Microsoft iOS to USB tool to make a bootable USB stick installer. If not your best bet use your window recovery cd that with your pc or the windows 7 install disk and nuke and pave your hard drive.

Thanks a lot :bounce:
