Windows 7 turning on bluetooth

Hello,
Got an HP Probook 4310s. I turned off the bluetooth. Then I upgraded from xp to windows 7. I got a BT mouse and can't figure out how to turn the bluetooth back on.

Download & Install latest Device drivers by selecting your version of Windows7!

After that Check this link!

Go to control panel & Check for bluetooth settings!
