You're using the Windows 7 Ultimate release candidate, correct?
You'll need to upgrade to a retail version of Windows 7.

Windows 7 RC will expire on June 1, 2010.

U need buy a full copy of Win 7 since the RC expired few month ago. That's the problem of ur restart every two hours.
