Just a quick one i was wondering what are the features of windows 7 ultimate is i out of the world better then home premium and professional

Performance wise, unless you are in a corporate environment, there is zero need for Ultimate. In fact, I'd even argue that performance might be slightly worse, due to extra features and services running.

Home Premium is more than sufficient for MOST.

Professional is my personal preference. NO reason to get Ultimate, not even a little.

I know you're joking, but unless you are in a corporate environment, connected to a Domain, you can't.
And when was the last time you switched languages to Greek, and then to Croatian, and then to Japanese?

Depending of course, what you use it for.
