Windows 7 update Weird issue

This is weird, i work on computers and my computer said windows update is installing updates only on the reboot cycle. When it shut down, and when it booted back up. When i check windows updates the last updates were installed 4-9-15. The windows update log says something different.

According to this updates were installed 4-20-15. I did not do any updates and automatic updates are turned off. Any ideas?

Just to add a little more to this, the updates listed in the log are installed, but they are not in the recently installed updates in windows update.
