If you're wondering why I care so much about it being updated, it's because I care for privacy.
So if microsoft can update my windows once, it's enough for them to download tools do more like collecting personal information.
As the image explains:
I installed a clean version of windows 7 from an official .iso(I checked it's hash) while the internet cable was out.
First thing I did when the installition was done was to disable updates from the update settings and disabling the Windows Updates service.
AND THEN I plugged the internet cable and installed the LAN driver for it to work.
Then only things I downloaded was chrome and nvidia drivers
Then I restarted and when I went to the system restore I saw what you see in the picture!
Can't I like block the url of the update check or something like that?
For example in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc the hosts file?
