Windows 7 updates problems

Ive never seen such thing before and since i cant find the correct CD for this PC i cant launch repair/clean install.
The main problem (i think) is the vcredist packs as they are the only ones giving me error when trying to repair/uninstall/install.

So Windows pops up a msg that it cant check automatically for updates but at the same time every time i shut down the computer it start installing the exact same 11 updates then stop at the 3rd and doesnt finish the installation. Upon boot i still have the option to "shut down and install updates" and its the exact same updates (checked from history). Any solution that doesnt require the original CD? The computer is refurbished and it MIGHT came w/o disk
It is Win 7 Pro SP1 x32

Another thing: I could try to fix this by upgrading to Windows 10 but i have some mixed feelings about it.
Any tech can give me info on how it behaves? (its for work PC mostly for remote access and accessing database (using firebird 1.5.6)

Solution
You just apply Windows 10 to your machine and it will run, presumably once it has checked the existing os key is genuine. I have updated this laptop I am using to Win 10 without problem. I didn't need to have the disc for the existing os.
To remain with Win 7, any Win 7 Pro disc can be used to repair the existing os. To reinstall the os you need to know the existing os key in case you are required to reinput.

You can hide the updates offered in Windows update so that they aren't offered again for installation.
See the extract from Microsoft, if you have not already done this. If you have, can you obtain a Win 7 rescue disk?
Windows 7 or Windows Vista
Step 1: Use System File Checker to repair damaged Windows files
Use the System File Checker tool to repair damaged Windows files. To do this, follow these steps:

Open an elevated command prompt.
Run the "sfc /scannow" command.
Try to install update again.

For more information about the System File Checker tool, view Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files.
Step 2: Run the System Update Readiness tool
If the problem continues, use the System Update Readiness tool to fix Windows corruption errors.

Step 2: Says it completed and no change

I honestly try everything on the internet and nothing help, i also though there would be partition with windows files but when i run the windows repair it still ask for CD

awesome >< I UPGRADED from my win 7 sp1 to windows 10 and it sais its not activated. went to activation and the last set of numbers on the product key didn't match the one I have on my label (epic fail). I try enter the one from the label but it gives me error 0xc004f050 (this key doesn't work. try again later or with another key). I read there might be some delay in activation and I should wait 24-48h and see again

UPDATE: Its fixed now, had to roll back the upgrade and enter the legit PK for the windows to activate
P.S. If I see that prick who used to be working on my place im certainly gonna kill him... painfully. He had access to over 50 legit windows keys and he still used pirated windows ><

I have to say... im not impressed by win10. To me it looks more like Windows vista successor than windows * and windows 7 fusion :/ not to mention 90% of the settings i saw were for touch devices and not for oldschool desktop. I will most likely format and go back to clean install of windows 7
