Windows 7 Updates

My Windows 7 x64 has not upgraded since 12/11/2016. Running check for new updates never provides results, just keeps running check. Last update was Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool Nov 2016 and Update KB3177467. I ran "Fix problems with Windows Update" with no results. I found link to Security Update https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3212642/january-2017-security-only-quality-update-for-windows-7-sp1-and-windows-server-2008-r2-sp1 but not certain whether I should attempt download of MS17-004 until I know what the problem is. That leads to two Service Packs for Win 7 x64. Anyone know whether I should attempt to download those? Or other advice? Thanks much!

Mine says it has updates, however when I click update, it doesnt do it, it remains at 0%

Something I did yesterday prompted change in Windows Update selection window. Now updates for KB3161102, KB3170735, KB3172605, KB3179573, KB3181988, and KB31884143 show up as "Important" updates to install. They were not there yesterday. Should I attempt that or your patch links? (my KB3020369 shows update on 2/10/2016)
