Windows 7 usb install on skylake build?

Ive heard that you cannot install windows 7 via usb on a skylake build, is this true? Im purchasing a bootable usb and license key and installing it on my first pc build, i do not have an optical drive and here is the mobo and cpu if it matters

you can but you need your boards win-7 install tool / usb patcher thing should be listed in its support drivers page

thing is that's not what Microsoft or intel what you to do so ???? its not 10
