i need the drivers for camera and memory card reader for my vaio notebook vgncr353 series

Let Windows 7 try and find the drivers for you.

Use Device Manager. In the Start Menu type device into the search bar. In the Control Panel section choose Device Manager.

Find your webcam device - probably in the Imaging Device category. Click on the small triangle to expand the section.

Right mouse click on the webcam and choose Update Driver Software. Use Search Automatically for an online search.
Do the same for your flash card reader as well. Look under the Portable Devices section.

after runnong the above drivers the result was failure to update

Did that laptop have Vista on it originally and you installed Win7 on it? There are no separate Win7 drivers for the system. To use full function of the laptop, install Vista again. Sometimes Vista drivers work with Win7, but looks like they don't in this case.
