Windows 7 Wake On ShutDown missing

Last week at the proprieties of my network card (realtek 8139/810x ) i had shutdown wake on lan. now i reinstalled windows and i no longer have it. Drivers are up to date . Windows is 7 32 bit. PLEASE HELP.

Did you enable wake on lan in your motherbd's bios?
