Windows 7 won't boot after ram upgrade from 2gb to 8gb

So I decided to upgrade my computer's memory from 2gb to 8gb but although the bios recognise the new modules, the windows won't boot and it stuck at "Wimdows Starting" screen.
The motherboard is:Gigabyte h55m-s2 rev1.3
The cpu is:i3-530
The previous ram is:kingston kvr1066d3n7/2g
The new ram is:2x4 kingston kvr1333d3n9/4g
So I am confused because i bought similar ram model with the previous to avoid incompatibility with motherboard, but it seems that i have compatibility problems now

You have mixed 1066mhz with 1333mhz if you are trying to run 10gb. Though they are supposed to run on the slower rate, they are not always guaranteed to work together, if you are trying to run them together. Also on 32bit windows, more than 4gb wont work.

The specific motherboard(h55m-s2) has only 2 dimm slots so I tried 8gb 2x4 (the new modules I bought which are at 1333Mhz) and nothing happened with Windows boot although the bios recognise them at 1333Mhz speed. I have Win7 64-bit and I also tried to install 32-bit but it keeps doing the same, stuck at "Windows Starting" screen.

Try clearing the cmos and jumper settings and try again. But dont try 32bit as it wont recognise more than 4gb.
