Windows 7 won't boot to windows.

Hello, my AS ROCK gaming pc upon boot will display "Loading windows files" and then goes to a black screen. I can give additional information if I have to.
Also, I can't boot to a usb windows or anything, it does the same thing.

Yes, will it boot in safe mode, and when did this start? Did you install a new program or new drivers before this started?
