Windows 7 won't boot

I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop...probably a pentium processor, with windows 7 home. It will not let me boot into windows, safe mode, from a windows 7 disk, or from trying to launch repair utility. I am prety much lost now. When normal booting, it will boot to welcome screen, but thats it. It does not loop, it just stays on the welcome screen. Any ideas???

Ok, without the repair utility, i think you're screwed. you could of tryed to do a system restore if the repair utility was availible

Hope not. It won't even let me re-install the os. Any idea why it is doing this?

I think you may have some Massive Rootkit or, in other cases, it could be a Trojan Horse, which mainly sneaks in through .EXE files.

Well, there are two ways, i think. You can either get your registry cleaned by an I.T consultant or Restore your computer back to factory default.
