Just installed my new Radeon 7770 (yay!! i know its old). My tv has very weird scaling issues, but with my integrated graphics (i5 4670k) I was able to customize the scaling options and manually (move) the screen up or down. I don't have that option in AMD Catalyst center. What kind I do? Is there a program I can download?

setting recommended resolution will fit the screen or you can change scaling settings like that

the scaling option is only changeable when your screen resolution is not at your LCD’s native (max) resolution. The solution is to change to a lower desktop resolution temporarily to enable the feature and set the desired setting before changing back.

It's at 1360x768. I don't know why it says max resolution 1920x1080. Should I lower it from 1360x768?

Max resolution is 1360x768. But is there a program to manually change the aspect ratio like I was mentioning before?

Nevermind, I found out what was wrong. When I went to manually change the aspect ratio, I found two settings on my tv - vertical and horizontal position. Vertical position was at 18 and horizontal at 25; I changed vertical to 25 and now it looks perfect
