Question Windows 7 wont load without keyboard input

Hi ! Problem started after I sold my HDD ( It was SSD + HDD), I chose the SSD as first boot option yet after the initial motherboard logo goes away, screen goes black and nothing happens until I push any button on keyboard. It loads the OS only after this input. I dont know what I messed up when taking out HDD but OS was already on SSD.
I googled this problem but nothing similar shows up. I'm expecting your help.

i3 4160
2*4 gb Gskill ddr3 1600hz
Zalman 500w psu
Sandisk 120gb Ultra 2

Check bios for legacy USB keyboard support.
Problem should be fixed if turned on.
