windows 7 won't recover from sleep

I mistakenly turned my Dell desktop power off while it was in sleep mode. Now it will not wake/start. Screen says Resuming Windows, but nothing happens. Thank you

Hi,

You should not put your email address, you will get spam from that.
The only real remedy from that is to disable sleep / hibernation. It's just not working properly.
