Windows 7 won't reinstall or start (Error 0x0x80070570)

Hello,
I recently tried to format and reinstall a 64 bit version of Windows 7. I accidentally formatted every single disk, even the disk that had Windows installed in it. Now, if I try to reinstall, repair, or open Windows, it gives me a 0x80070570 error. I guess this is because the main windows files are missing. Any ideas what I can do?

Hey people, I solved it. I was booting my PC from a Windows installation disk. I just removed the CD, and cleaned it to remove the scratches on it. It worked! I'm guessing that the part of the CD where the files were stored was scratched. Thanks anyway!
