Windows 8.0 Pro (32-bit) to Windows 10 Pro (64-bit)

Hi,

First of all, i have a x64 based processor. I want to know if it's possible to install Windows 10 Pro 64-bit while i am now running windows 8.0 32-bit in just one step. For example: Not to upgrade to 64-bit first and then install windows 10 Pro 64-bit.
I made a .iso for Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, but i'm unable to open the setup because it says: 'This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher'. Is there maybe also a way to open that file even if it says that i can't open it?

You'll have to format the hdd. You cant upgrade from 32 to 64 bit

Boot from the dvd (change the bootdisk in the BIOS to dvd or flash drive)

You cant run it / install 64 bit in 32 bit windows

You can use rufus to extract that ISO to a flash drive. Then boot from it

As above, no. You cannot run the 64bit installer from inside a 32bit OS.
And the Upgrade to Win 10 must be run from inside the original OS.

So...
Change from 32bit to 64bit, then upgrade to 10.
