Windows/8.1/10 Input lag bad graphics

Hello... i have a problem with Input lag and ghosting inside of games aswell as in windows areo / windows graphics. But when switching over to windows 7 there is no issues! Games are running 10x better. How come? could it be because the first os i installed on the pc was a " OEM" ? Every component in my pc has support for windows 8 Btw .

I have a few customers that installed 10 and never put their system drivers in, if that might be an avenue to investigate.
