Windows 8.1 apps freezing when remote ndis based internet sharing devices (usb tethering)

When i use usb tethering with my phone, windows 8.1 apps start freezing and this annoying me. I'm not sure is this problem related to my desktop hardware because I test usb tethering with other computer with windows 8.1 and it run well. Anyone face this problem before?

update the cpu chipset drivers directly from the vendor. Ie if you have a intel cpu

you may also need to update any actual usb thumbdrive type network driver (old ones tended to corrupt memory and hang the USB drivers)
